Positively MAD supports schools, colleges and universities. We believe that the purpose of education is to equip students with the skills and motivation to take responsibility for their life. We apply this core belief to develop the four key areas of:-
effective teaching and learning;
emotional intelligence;
reflection on learning;
responsible discipline.
We believe in the underlying value of getting teachers and students to reflect and review what they do in order to improve the quality of their outcomes. We provide support in a house style that combines high energy, inspirational inputs from specialist trainers with the flexibility to work with large audiences of teachers and students through to individual coaching and resource provision. We believe in empowering teachers and students and the power of networks to ensure sustainability of changes that our support will bring about.
